Rode up the ICW to Clearwater pass today. Saw a few Donzis on the ride. I also saw a bunch of other high performance boats on the way. Go to this site, and click on Donzi. All these pictures at this page were taken today.

MP I think it is a 16. I'm pretty sure there is an outboard rafted up to the 16 on the starboard side.
How about this for weather:
Friday - 10 F and calm
Saturday - 63 F and 110 km/h winds
Monday - 16 F and calm
The river is wide open and running, it didn't melt, the wind just broke it up.

Poodle, you may be right. At first glance, I thought it was an 18 too, but since I had never seen an 18 with an outboard, I assumed it was a 16. The outboard is on the Donzi.

Is there even a second boat there, or am I completly losing it. (yes to both is also an acceptable answer)

I think the bimini seen is attached to another, outboard powered, boat.

No, the Donzi was anchored by itself. The bimini and the outboard were on it. It had a dark blue foredeck.

Looks like a 16 to me. I know there's a 16-OB in the Tampa area because I was offered a ride last summer. Didn't get to take it though.

The guy I talked to got my email from the board, I don't believe he was a member or at least not an active member. I was going to be in the Tampa area with some free time and he offered to take me for a ride in the bay. Unfortunately the free time never happened and thus no ride. I was kind of bummed since it sounded like a fun boat. frown

Cool looking boat minus the bimini.Is that Sheppard's Hotel on the inlet in the background?
If so that's a good waterside watering hole,as I remember it well used to take a month off in feb with the family and boat,sun and party there!

Yep, that's Sheppards at Clearwater Pass. It can get very crazy there on the water in the summer. There are always law enforcement around on the weekends to try to keep it sane.
