How much power per CI?

I asked this question a while back and have learned so much more than I knew about motors since then, thanks to sites like this one! How much power can a motor make and still run on pump gas, normal summer temps above 80deg, not need rebuilds every year, carb motor, basically a reliable easy maintence motor. I know there are millions of different variables, but just a rough estimate.
