I am not posting this thread to stir up a hornets nest but.............I and at least another south Florida Donzi owner have attempted to call and order parts from our local dealer. I spoke to one of their reps at the Miami show in February and he spoke to them last November, we were both promised a call back next week. If you contact customer service at the factory you are told to contact your local dealer. If this is an indication of the type of "customer service" Donzi Dealers are providing.........I think the factory needs to be made aware of this issue and do something to correct it. My .02 worth!

Try to call Kathy Mueller. She was helpful in my case.

Donzi has a hard enough time checking on parts needed for Dealers, The proper way is to contact a local dealership, If they don,t want to help you give me a call I will see what I can do. Call Typhoon Perfrormance at 732-477-6157, ask for Frank and I will talk to the parts department at Donzi.
