Put some hamburger pans on my 351's and moved the oil pickups to the rear (where they should be)added baffeling to keep the oil from rushing forward on abrupt slow downs. They are very cool pieces. Now the pans are deeper overall, but significantly shallower in the front than the originals with the bottom slopeing back. The original dipsticks can't reach the oil level after they are cut off, and they are too stiff to snake to the back of the pan befor they were cut. You Ford guys know the factory dipstick goes straight down into the original sump in the front(that sump is now gone.) Saw an advertisement in Poker Run Magazine for a custom dipstick manufacturer of flexible dipsticks, can't find the magazine. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Rick
