new prop

My aluminum prop is stamped: 13 3/4 R21 mwc 1263 . I have read alot of post about props and there is a lot of talk about 19 and 21 pitch but never the Diameter. my 18 Classic is running 4200 rpms @ 50-52 on GPS with just me and 1/4 fuel. it has a stock 350 with holley 4-barrel Shouldn't I be able to run around 60-65 easy? Help me out guys,

That combo won't get 60 at 5000 rpms. Somthing is wrong the motor should pull 4800. Or your tach is bad. Our 16 with a 302 pulls 5000 with a 14 3/8 22 (aluminum prop)at 58 on the GPS.
What drive and ratio do you have?
