Here's my actual extension box in the final stages of fabrication. I couldn't say enough good stuff about Rik Wimp @ Arneson Industries. He's been extremely helpful and most knowledgeable.

Where you see the orange hammer, an arm will be attached to the box in which the steering ram will mount to.

Nate, tape measure, calculator, magic marker, and a hammer... I think it will fit! That is going to be awesome. How's the glass work coming? Rick

Thanks fellas! Yeah, I'm pretty excited myself. You don't know how many times I've imagined driving and fiddling with the finished product.

The deck is just about done. Last week we glassed all the holes in, fixed the bubbles in the deck and I stripped the paint from the cockpit area. We still have to pop the deck back off, do some core work on it and flip the hull to remove the bottom paint and fix a handful of stress cracks on the bottom. Fix a stringer and put her back together and shoot new red & white gel coat on her. I can't wait to get to the rigging part, that should be the most fun.

Here are the "D's"

"The box is 14" wide in the sides, and it is roughly 26.75" tall. There are angles in the box design, so its not square.."
