Harbormaster, I feel your pain - I am in the middle of a work project that is sending about 30 engineers (or at least technical types) on what is essenially data collection and assessment. Naturally being engineers, none of them will read the instructions or review the examples I have so painfully prepared. And of course, the deliverables they are preparing are not what I wanted.

But so what, in exactly 24 hours I'm on my to AOTH II! :D
