I THINK the 270 and 280 share a lot. The 275 and 290 have commonality. Unfortunately, I can't find my shop manual since we moved. I have a 275 with tilt and trim. Looks like a couple of big appendages on either side of the transom plate that hides the cylinders. All that aside, I THINK the lowers interchange on all of them.

I'm sure someone will chime in with definite answers.
