20 Minx weight? Building lift.........

I am building a new boathouse and will have a lift for the 20 Minx. I need to know the weight of this boat with a Alpha one and a Mercruiser 350 mag. Any recommendations on lifts would also be greatly appreciated.

Nyman water lift-has a water powered hydraulic cylinder.#4000 lb cap.

If anyone is interested i have a Shorelander ShoreStation lift for my 16 Classic that i've been thinking of parting with. It's aluminum and comes with a 12V electric addition also. The lift is a 1997 and in Good shape. fire me an email if you are interested.
