Sircam virus

On friday I opened an e-mail that infected my computer with the sircam virus. This virus attaches itself to documents and then sends them to e-mail addresses in my browser. If any gets an e-mail from my address with attachments from Feb 1-5. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT!!!!
