Bryan, I seen that ad a while back, but I don't think the owner hangs out on this site. It seems to me that there is only a handfull of us Donzi folks (junkies :D ) here in the North West.

No, If you go to the first link there are other boats and parts for sale. One boat listed is a 1976 16 footer with a V-drive.

I've seen the V-drive 16. I think it's been for sale for quite a while...

What I mean is that the 22 Classic appears to have a Volvo SX Drive on it...

I saw one in Virginia w/a Volvo DuoProp -- appeared to be factory. Wonder what kind of premium they get for this setup over a Bravo.

That V-Drive ad is old...If I'm not mistaken someone on the board already bought that boat...

As far as the 22 - yes, it is a volvo drive. I saw the boat a few months ago - it's sitting at a Dealer in Fife - beautiful boat, just a little too much $$$. Here's the current ad:

Used to belong to a guy name John McCarthy, of Bremerton who had 2 nearly new Donzi's.Has been for sale for a LOOONG time-price was never reduced. His smaller boat sold quickly-same vintage.Never talked to the guy tho. Both were very low hour boats-mystery why he sold 'em right after he bought them???????????????
