CDMA asked for some Rolls setup info.

I bought a 24/60Rolls(w/disc brakes and spare tire bracket) from T.A.Mahoneys in St Pete Florida. I purchased the 24/60 so the i-beams would go all the way to the stern. On a 22/60 the stern rides on bunks only.
Trailer was bought wo/wheels, I installed my own.

The bunks are 32"apart on top inside corners.
I redid all crimp connectors with adhesive lined heat shrink.

The original front guides will scratch your hull. After a few boat loadings the carpet wears through. So is seperated them and installed a roller.

An aluminum trailer uses the boat hull as a stressed member so it is necessary to fix the bow and stern of the boat to the trailer.
I use a ratcheting tiedown from the bow eye to the bottom of the winch pedestal. I also installed a safety chain.

On the stern I installed stainless eyebolts and used lever type tiedowns. I also tie the drive to keep it from swaying.
