The fin is similar to the one I put on my Arneson. Big Griz has one. GEOO

That would be me. I like them. I put them on and take them off at will. I did not use them at the Bagly state park rally because I was testing props. I normally keep them on when Lake lanier get it saturday rough stuff. They really keep the boat stable especially when lofting it, needs little or no correction. It makes a difference. The best part is they can be taken off ans put back on easy.

BigGrizzly, would you suggest one for a 16'? I usually run in at least a 2' chop, that reaches 3-4' and sometimes up to 5-6' rollers. thanks ;)

Looks interesting but, what's with that 22 classic? Cockpit is way back and the speeds he is quating is pretty bad with that horsepower?

I cant decide if i should get one of these or save up for some trim tabs to help get through the rough stuff.

Paul, that boat has at this point has gps at 83+ this boat will run 75+ with no trim in 3 foot chop. It is so fast it blew the cockpit into the stern. Byt your right it is slow for the hp. Still working on some bugs. One is hydraulic steering no higher speed. When it trims out without the AR plans it leans to one side and is a real hand full. This has a big Trsdrive eith a trans.

Hah! I thought that might be you. I missed the Criterion part in there though and I figured someone was reporting on a criterion and didn't know it! Get those real speed numbers on that testimonial!!!
