OK i think ill get it right this time.The 502 motor was sent to the machine shop for this to be done.Sorry i got it wrong last post.Anyway the motor is now out of the machine shop.YES! and is being put back together.I hope i can be back in the water by june. biggrin.

Decking the block.Thats what is being done.Crane cam,new timing chain,low water pick-up-lower unit,intake+carb.my boat is also going to rev limit higher 5400? blueprinted+balanced HP500.I was told it would be like a new motor and i would have to break-in the motor.
