On a lighter note...
I had a company contact me about their dash panels. This panel will be available in their Performance Series aluminum/acrylic construction, plus a lightweight Poker Run edition made of polycarbonate/acrylic.

The graphic theme in the attached picture is available for 16', 18' and 22' Classics, with factory-coordinated colors.

They can also manufacture panels with custom colors and graphic treatments.

Dash and accessory panels will also be available for other Donzi models (i.e. ZX Series, Daytonas).

Let me know if you are interested.

Wow! That is sweet looking. I am assuming they can custom make it for the # of guages and sizes? How much for one just like in the pic?

Scot,

I would like to know the price as well. The gages and switches in my 18 are laid out differently, can we find out if it will cover the original dash cutout (IE: do they have a dimensional diagram)? The color of the one shown is what I would like.

Broque,

I made these awhile back. They look great. Some of the guys on the board did get them from me and I still have some left. They are just like the orig. ones but a hell of alot nicer.

Harbormaster???? Do you still have that picture of the dash? I looked for the old post but could not find it.

The post below has the information.

Scott,
I thought the dash plate on your boat looked great. How big of a deal would it be to obtain one for a late model 22?
Thanks,
John

John,
I'm sure the measurements are different...Maybe not. As far a making another one, thats all up to how much you want to spend and what changes you want to make. Gauge layout, switches etc. Rough estimate...$1,500.00-$2,500.00...depending on how nuts you go.

Scott P-
When I saw your boat at Winnie I was in awe of how beautiful it was/is. Done to perfection. That being said what made the biggest impression to me was the dash panel. Notsurprised that it is so expensive but hell- it looks like a million bucks. Think I'll pass on the $1k+ price points but thanks for the heads up. Also, thanks for being nice to my kid Justin at Lake George. He had a blast.

John,
Justin is a pleasure to be around. He is more then welcome to come along with us anytime. I wanted to get him in my boat driving around and snap some pictures. We will have to wait till next time...Hope he is still into Donzi's.

Lets see...Donzi's or Girls...Donzi's or Girls...Donzi's or Girls...I cant make up my mind!

Scott & Chris,
What I have loved about owning my Donzi's is meeting the terrific (nuts) people who share the love of the boats, and the sport. It is fun to share this with my 17 year old as based on his age there are few things we can do that we are both full-tilt about doing. Thanks again for your support.
Scott, as far as Donzi & Guuurls goes-I've seen both your lovely wife and your lovely boat and I would say that you've got it covered oh so nicely! By the way there is a nice photo of you and Cathy on our site.
Chris, I'll get Justin in touch with you, thanks.
