i just bought a 72 sweet 16 outboard with no motor... is this a rare boat?

...ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! these things are a dime a dozen. Most people "give them away" just to clean up their yards. I see them at garage sales all the time here. Most people pass by these things and go for the Lava Lamp or old records instead. Give me a call and I'll take that thing out of your hair. rolleyes.gif

There are not a whole lot of outboards around. Check the thread about the Sweet 16 for model info and production stats. Send in some pics. What are it's numbers?
