A project indeed. Marine Tex will only do so much. Talked to Florida Marine Tanks about upgrading from 25 to 41 gallon. They have the specs for both sizes for the 18' in house. $175/$287.

Florida Marine Tanks faxed me schematics on the two tanks. The 41 gallon they sent is not for an 18', but for larger series and has a 31.5" width rather then 22.5". Donzi will sell a poly 40 gallon for the 18' for a little under $400.
