I installed the new 7" Corsa Cans/tips the other day and thought I would share some info.
- When we installed the new exhaust I shot the insides surrounding the tips with a common debonder, loosened them up nicely. Factory cut hole obviously bigger than needed, void filled with sealant.
- Left them in place and finished exhaust install.
- A month later, finally warm enough, I removed the 3 bolts on each, got out of the boat and hand yanked them off.
- Clean old sealant from transom.
- Install new, of course one was harder to install than the other!
Hole alignment! eek! (Don't ask Tuna!)
-This was sort of a dry run, I plan to remove them and use a marine sealant to form a good seal next warm patch of weather we get, just wanted to see if this would be an easy task, and it was.

PS, looking at some other 26's, I don't see many 7" diameter cans from the factory..??
