Hi Everyone,

My wife and I are new to the site. We took this pic just last weekend at Grand lake in NE Oklahoma. The boat is a '02 28ZXO purchased by us one year ago this month. WE LOVE IT! Rumor has it the boat was a former photo shoot boat. We dunno. Anyway, hope you like the pic.

PS - Thanks Scot for the help!

That is one super slick looking party barge, thats the first one I have seen normaly don't care for bow riders but that beauty makes me think twice.

I'm going to have to agree with MOP. Welcome to the site; you are going to be surprised both what a wealth of knowlege is here an by the great people behind it.

Word of caution: Watch CDMA around your rudder and don't let him talk you into removing the deck from your boat.

Nice boat, I love that yellow paint, what motor setup are running? If your planning trips it's still in the 90's at Possum Kingdom in late September, we love to have you at the Texas Round-up. wink

Bill, wellcome, contact "mainbrain" through the registry, he has produced alot of the photo shoots for donzi, and might be able to tell you if your boat has been "shot" so to speak.

Guys,

Thanks for all the comments. I would really love to make some of the events. Our boat is up on a lift at one of the marina's at Grand. We do not have a trailer, but I would consider purchasing a used one (EZ load?) if it could be found. All the meets sound like soooo much fun!

The power on our boat is a 496 MAG HO (or is it HO MAG...I never can remember). So far, the boat runs about 62 mph on the speedo and about 59 on my GPS. I would love to get about 5 more mph out of her. Any ideas???

Bill H...

So you're saying your boat doesn't live at that certain unnamed watering hole where the picture was taken? Gorgeous boat. Would love a ride.

Rick,

No, that pic was taken over at Pinapple Plunge in Dripping Springs. I'm sure you are familiar with that area. The boat stays and is taken great care of at Red Arrow Marina. Eric and Karen are really good to us.

Bill

The Silver Streak has lived at Cedar Port for the last two years, but I am giving serious consideration to moving it to someplace a little more convenient. Silver and white 18' Classic. I'll look for you this summer.
