90 24' Black Widow. Good Boat??

I am considering buying a 24' Black Widow. It is a 90' powered by 454/king cobra drive. I would likely repower. Is the boat of quality? Structure? Can it handle speed?

I really like the looks of the Black Widow, They are kind of unique looking with the round hatches. As far as build quality I have no first hand info. The King Cobra drive is a good one, and is often said stronger than a Bravo.
