Getting ready for All Hallow's Eve and decided to have some fun with the pumpkin. Here's the handywork. It's a hell of a lot harder to carve a boat into a pumpkin than you would think!!!

Ranman... AWESOME!!!!...(too much time on your hands) Did the same thing with my 6 year old on Saturday night. Not as nice tho. Screwed up the "lit" photo. Not used to a 2 second shutter speed. Got a good "bluuurrrr" tho...

For years, here in Detroit, it was known as Devil's Night. Arson was the primary crime. There would be more abandoned houses on fire than you would imagine. The fires were in the hundreds. About 5-10 years ago the residents of Detroit finally decided enough was enough. They now patrol the streets looking for crimes and arsonists. Detroit also has very stricht curfews on Oct 30. They now try to call the night "Angel's Night" I'll post the news stories tomorrow.
