If I buy the Four winds then I would have to leave the registry. Also, I dont think I can get that boat to go 90mph. However I will call the guy with the 22. Sorry B.....

Depending on the condition. I would like to spend 15 to 20k on the boat if it is in great shape. If it is a project, then god only knows. 5k to 10k I would guess again depending on the condition. I think I really will have to fall in love with the boat then price is nego. I thank you guys for helping me with my search!!! :D :D

DonziGo Jr., I spoke to your dad last night. Richard, I enjoyed talking Donzi's with you. I really hope to get down to meet you soon. Anyway, we got to talking about pictures of Donzi boats. In our conversation Jerry Eisele's 1986 22 Classic came up and that you had spoken to Jerry. I told your dad about Webshots.com where I try to put as many of my Donzi pictures as they allow. Check out the Awakening of the Horses 2001 albumn and the Bonzi Boats albumn for a couple more pics of Jerry's Classic. It is the red and cream boat in the 1st picture of the 2001 albumn. For anyone else needing that Donzi fix through the winter or on your P/C screen saver :)

Jr., I have to go to Norwalk/Cleveland area next week on racing business, and then on to Knoxville on the 2-3rd for a wedding, if you find a boat by then, i'll pull it back for a nominal fee. I need to know by Sunday to determine what vehicle I make this trip in, my P/S dually, Tahoe or X5 Beemer..

This apply's to anyone else that needs anything hauled north or south in that time period. Glad to help out other Donzi board members. Rig MUST be 100% road worthy.

I will be leaving Miami on April 28th and returning on May 4th.

BUIZILLA, "Racing Business"? What type or form of racing? Any chance your coming through Columbus, OH. I'd like to maybe enjoy lunch or dinner with a fellow Donzi Registry board member.

Scott, I'm planning on taking 77 north early Monday, to Akron and Youngstown by Tuesday night, then Norwalk/Cleveland on Weds-Thurs, then 71 south to 75 on Friday morning to Knoxville. Knoxville-Miami straight thru on Sunday.
Maybe late breakfast, or early lunch, on Friday? cell# 305.796.0222

D.Jr., came across this on ebay and remembered this thread. It is a minx. Right now the price is $5300 which seems pretty good(reserve not met yet). I am not familiar with this particular boat, but maybe someone in the Ny/NJ area could take a look if you are interested.

Nada shows $6-7.7k retail and that does not include the trailer which sounds like it is about a 2k+ rig in 2000.

Just a thought.
