Forrest,
The midwest has Sunny skies this weekend, but showers are coming back our way Monday or Tuesday. Hoping that the sunshine arrives next weekend for the Dust-off in NY. Take Care.

Forrest,

Living in Central FL, Orlando, we have finally been getting afternoon showers. Some very strong. The area needs the rain BADDLY. All the lakes are down 3 to 4 feet. Some have even dried up completly.

Let it rain, for now at least.

Well where I am (Houston, Texas)
it has rained over 28 inches in the last 3 days. Lots of folks with flooded homes.
I am high and dry though.

Texas, I thought of you guys today when CNN said they were calculating your rain in feet, not inches. I hope you are all well.

VA Beach was a ROCKING day, 84 temp, UV index a 9, no breeze and the water was like glass....

I will add, the 2001, 29' Scarabs with twin 350 mags DO the 75/78 MPH they brag about..... http://www.donzi.net/ubb/smile.gif
BUT the Scarab sport with twin 200's are not so quick, my son and I watched them do the deed against each other.... the twins waved as I went by, the 29 waved at me!!!!!

FORREST, nice pic, what is the boat with twins under the tarp?
Bryan

High & Dry here in Arizona. Phoenix was probably over 110 deg. today but it's in the 80's here at 7000 ft. Just waiting for the Monsoon rains to kick, hopefully soon.

It look like the North and Mid-Atlantic was the place to be this past weekend. Yea, we need the rain down here in Florida, but how about at night and while I'm at work. It did, however, clear somewhat late Saturday afternoon so I headed on down to the Ochlocknee River to make a little sunset run and hang out with some buddys. Finally, for once, the water was almost glass smooth. Maybe it was the rain earlier. The week before the waves were 2- to 3-foot in the river from the Gulf where it was 3 to 5, to about six-miles inland.

Bryan, that's the Magnum under that blue cover. It's sitting in my driveway waiting for a replacement part for the ignition from Pertronix (http://www.donzi.net/ubb/Forum1/HTML/001953.html). Other than that, it's ready to go.
