The Merc guy called today, the 22ZX is fully operational, just DIRTY!
Donzi/Zcare came through for me...

Thanks to all for the free advice and to Big Griz for advice on day one of a new outdrive, I will apply that advice tomorrow!

No reason, except she failed, Zcare sent a third party guy for pictures etc, for their Merc guy to review, they agreed, she just died... I am sure they considered no dings in the prop and no collision damage on the old drive, I was honest when I posted that we were returning home that evening when she went bad...

I am one happy man, I will pick her up in the a.m., pay my $100 deductible and give my mechanic an iced case of Bud Light! Those little added touches of appreciation go along way in my eyes.
So, when are you heading our way for some Chesapeake Bay fun, lunch on the historic Barrier Islands etc.
DONZIMAN2 has been really enjoying the new 26ZX. He has about 20 hours on her already.... One sweet boat!

STUNG, I got her home this a.m., full wash/wax and bilge scrub. My neighbor boat bud and I are launching from Centerville at 3pm. HOPEFULLY, all will go well.

Our only weekend boating might be Saturday, Nancy has call this weekend.
