Met with APBA today at Trumps Marina, We have free slips at Trumps Marina for Volunteers. Reg price is $4.00 a ft. They like the Idea of having Donzis doing Harbor Patrol and we can keep them together in the Wet Pits. So far I have 11 Donzis coming down for the APBA race. They gave me enough slips to get a couple more? The thrill of an APBA race and our boats being moored in the wet pits is like being in Donzi Heaven! So if anyone else is interested E-mail me and I will send you a form :D

As things turn out...looks like the Zero Cavity team will be going to Atlantic City.
If this happens, I will not be able to bring 007 along.
However, I am negotiating a surrougate driver.

Not totally confirmed just yet. Team owner is on vacation, but when I dropped the boat off in Ft. Meyers, he told me "looks like we might be going to Atlantic City Gino...". He was calling from out of the country and hung up before I could ask anymore questions. So take that for what it is worth.
With our poor showing in Canada, we dropped in our points race. If we can pull off a win in AC, our National Championship is just about assured.
Sky...very enthusiastic reply, that much is certain. But what I was talking about was a driver to take the boat from Melbourne to AC. I have to drag the race boat up there, so I won't be able to drive two vehicles, you know? Whoever the driver is, would be piloting the boat during the Saturday race, and GeneD would be captain during the Sunday race...that is if I can't scam a ride on one of the pace boats.
