Merc 350 Mag Questines

Hello Everyone!!!!!

I'm looking for some info/spec's on a 1988 stock 350 mag, for a friend of mine. I was hoping that someone on the board could help me. I need to know cam specs, which heads were used. What carb was used. Does the block have 2 or 4 bolt mains? This motor is currently in a Minx.

In the past, though it has been a long time, I have called Merc asking for technical assistance. They were able to give all the info you want, including cam profiles. I do believe though, that your engine is a 2 bolt main.

For the real data on the engine get the 7 digit casting number on top of the bell housing behind the starboard head. Then look it up at www.mortec.com (http://www.mortec.com)
