Now that the photos are up and running, here is two pictures from the series I did for Harbormaster.
We completed the exhaust Sunday, just waiting on my tips to come from CORSA and the exhaust is done.
Big thanks to BillR for his time, knowledge and labor.

Have any of you had the pleasure of using Custom Marine manifolds?

Andy, ask and I will tell. I won't be in the boat to measure until Sunday maybe.
Actually I may be adding a second lift, one per side like some other 26 ZX's, that will open up the front access.
Let me know what you need.

HARBORMASTER will be posting the whole install soon.

GREG, you have email.

Jerry,
VORTEC, the way they mount IMHO is better than the K&N and adapter, they seem restrictive, same theory on the filter, we use the $11 K&N cleaning kit from Advance Auto on the element. There is a couple dealers on OSO, you can get them for about $100 vice the $225 to $300 going price, shop around.

Scott, The new style stainless are very good for motors that are known reversion, They have a nice angle back towards the stern, Actually they are better then the stock Mercs.

Bryan looking good brother! cool!

ScottB is correct, we have had mufflers on both our Donzi's, and I am afraid Nancy will now say the boat is now to loud with the gutted tips, so QQ will be a future option, first time the motor has to come out.
The riser goes down in the hose about 4 more inches.
On the Merc stock stuff there were signs of reversion in the riser but none in the manifold itself (tiny white spots).

Lastly the muffler tips "did not" have the internal anti surge valve, my new tips from Corsa have the valve and the Salsbury.
Double protection to keep me from worrying.

School is always in session at my house, I do like the look of the longer riser better, just FYI, when you buy the longer riser kit, you get the manifolds, install them and measure for the riser, then contact SM and they ship one of three sizes out.
