I am looking to purchse a 1986 Minx with low hours (175), does anyone know what a fair price would be for such a boat. It is a freshwater boat with original silver aniversary interior, Alpha gen I, newer trailer too.

Thank you
Mike

I'd love to have one. The nicer ones seem to go for 10 to 12k. I don't know if they sell for it, but that's what they are listed for. Good luck with it.

I have been watching the National online market and I figured 10 to 12 G's would be about right.

At Lake George ,New York the asking market price would be
with trailer,between $12,000-$13,500.

If it is really really clean, I would pay more. Maybe $15K with good trailer. In average condition, I concur, $10k to $13k.
That is pretty low hours.
I love my Minx!
Go for it!
Email with with any specific questions if you like.

Sag,

One more thing, and you probably know this, but those grey seats are HOT HOT HOT! Mine are worn out and I have purchased Built Rite white replacements. What Donzi(s) do you have now?

I'd say $11k to $15k, depending on condition of gel coat, interior, motor (And engine compartment)pay special attention to the areas around the bends in the windshield, inside the cockpit, they tend to spider crack. The trailer will make a big difference too.

Enjoy!

There is one on Ebay that's price is climbing pretty quickly. It is at $9K already. I was searching for one and prices veried greatly from $10K TO $15k with boats being close in condition. With any specialty type boat or car it appears that the sellers emotions sometimes dictate their pricing.

Yes, it was the one on Ebay. I have been going back and forth with the owner for almost a year.
He had her for sale and I was going out to see her (8 hour ride) and he pulled it til spring to get more $$$$ for it.
He emailed me to tell me the reserve was going to be set at 9 grand, we will see.
