350 temp ?

What temp our you 350 guy's running ?

up until the mid 90's merc used a 142 thermostat and then went to a 160 about 95... helps to clean up the exhaust and actually motors run better with warmer temps...

jroot is correct....the new 350 mag MPI's
run 150 idle and 180 WOT. I drilled 3- 3/16
holes around the perimeter of my thermostat
and it ran 120 idle and 145 wot.....

DONZITEST, next time you have that thermostat out snap me a picture.

I put a new thermostat (350 Mag) in this year and agree with the abouve 150 to solid 180. After long runs and I kill the key she will actually creep up to about 185ish.

I have a SB 350 from the early 90's and she runs 120 to 150 so this seems to agree with jaroot. green16
