i have a vibration in the outdrive when going slow but goes away when going fast, any help?

prop dinged up or a bent shaft
hit anything lately????

Bought a new S/S wheel when I did my mill over had a fair shake only at low speed. Sent it to the shop it was nearly an ounce out of balance. It may look good but be bent a little or out of balance.
